City of Quincy Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, April 23.

1. Call the meeting to order
2. Approve minutes of the March 26, 2019 meeting
3. Public comment (limited to three minutes)
4. Public hearing requested by Raymond Smith, Family Entertainment Group, LLC, (tenant) for a Special Permit for a Planned Development to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages on property at 229 North 48th St. Zoned: C1B Ward: 3
5. Public hearing requested by John R. Stroot for a one-lot subdivision of property at 1305 South 36th St. under the “small tracts” provision of the subdivision ordinance. Zoned: R1A Ward: 5.
6. An Ordinance Granting a Special Use Permit for a Planned Development (2032 and 2034 Broadway) for commercial uses allowed in the C1A and C1B Districts, subject to additional conditions. (referred to Plan Commission at the April 8, 2019 meeting of the City Council).
