Ordinance Number 2025-05-001-023 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2025, of the County of Adams, Illinois, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $9,000,000 for the purpose of financing various capital improvements within the County, including, but not limited to, HVAC, roof improvements and other capital costs related to the County Courthouse, including, in connection with said work, acquisition of all land or rights in land, mechanical, electrical, and other services necessary, useful, or advisable thereto, paying certain costs of issuance thereof, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds.
