City of Quincy Plan Commission met Dec. 17.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1) Call the Meeting to Order

5) A request from Klingner & Associates, on behalf of HyVee, Inc., to subdivide property located at 1300-1400 Harrison Street under the small tracts provision of the Subdivision Ordinance.

 6) A request from the City of Quincy to rezone approximately one acre of land along North 18th Street, including 1900 North 18th Street, 1910 North 18th Street, and 1920 North 18th Street from light industrial (M1) to single-family residential (R1C) to align the zoning with the current land use.
