City of Quincy Plan Commission will meet on November 26.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1) Call the Meeting to Order

2) Approval of the minutes from the previous meeting

3) Declaration of Conflict

4) Public Comment on Issue(s) not listed on the agenda (limited to three minutes)

5) A request from Jeff Butler to amend a Special Permit for Planned Development to construct an additional commercial building at 3120 North 12th Street that would be used as an office/shop for an on-site water and fire damage restoration service.

6) A request from Transitions of Western Illinois for a Special Permit to construct an off-street parking lot adjacent to its current facility at 2015 Chestnut Street

7) A request from Four Points Land Surveying & Engineering, on behalf of Lois Kuchling, to subdivide property located at 508 Rim Road under the small tracts provision of the Subdivision Ordinance

8) A request from Illinois PV Adams 2A, LLC & Illinois PV Adams 2B, LLC for a Special Permit to construct two solar farms of 2 MWac each at 2815 Ellington Road

9) A request from Mill Creek Water District for a Special Permit to construct an elevated water storage tank on property located at 614-706 North 64th Street

10) A request from Trina Casburn for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for short-term/long-term customer storage of large vehicles, household furnishings and other items at 121 North 20th Street

11) New Business

      a) Updates to City Code Chapter 162 for future meeting.

12) Adjournment
