i. (EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and Litigation Matters pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11).) Review executive minutes.

ii. Review Lieutenant and Sergeant promotional testing timelines and notices.

b. Chief Vahlkamp – 9:45 a.m.

i. (EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) and Litigation Matters pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(11).) Review executive minutes and written closing hearing briefs from September 24, 2024.
