Adams County home valuation prices rose in July compared to the same period in 2023

In July, the median sale price of a home in Adams County rose by $8,000 from the same period in the previous year, while total sales increased by 6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

Data shows that there were 88 homes sold in July, with a median sale price of $161,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Adams County in July 2023.
