1. Call to Order and Roll Call

2. Public Comments – limit to 3 minutes

3. Approve Minutes of Last Meeting

4. Correspondence/Invoices/Budget Review/Test Proctor Payment

5. Pending Business

a. Chief Vahlkamp – 9:15 a.m.

i. New firefighter hire/swearing in date.

ii. Discuss Lieutenant, Captain and Assistant Chief promotional testing requirements.

iii. Discuss promotion timeline.

iv. Firefighter candidate interview requirements.

v. (EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).) Review executive minutes.

b. Chief Yates – 9:45 a.m.

i. Discuss Sergeant and Lieutenant promotional testing requirements and effective dates of probationary periods.

ii. Discuss promotion timeline.

iii. (EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).) Review executive minutes.

6. Old Business

a. Review annual and monthly suspense’s (Cheyne)

7. New Business

a. HTE access, laptop conversion and i-Cloud access and administration (Kerker)

b. Swearing in ceremony; firefighter (date TBD). (Cheyne)

c. Citizens Police Academy presentation, August 21 (Cheyne)

d. Police officer candidate interviews, September 9 and 11, 12-4pm (Board)

e. Police Chief years of service recognition, September 16 city council (McLaughlin)

f. Approve August executive meeting minutes (Board)

g. Approve agreed order for continued hearing status (Board)
