City of Quincy Zoning Board of Appeals met August 20.

Here are the agenda provided by the board:

1) Call the Meeting to Order

2) Approve minutes from the previous meeting.

3) Declaration of Conflict

4) Public Hearing requested by Derrick & Susan Kelle to vary the Zoning Code of the City of Quincy (2015) for 928 Nottingham Drive (Ward 3/Zoned R1A)

      a) City Code Section 162.112(A) – A variance to allow for the construction of a 2,000 square foot accessory building (garage) at 928 Nottingham Drive, which is zoned R1A. City Code limits the size of an accessory building (garage) in an R1A district to 1,200 square feet.

5) Public Comment (limited to three minutes)

6) New Business

7) Adjournment
