a. Mr. Penn with Chiefs Vahlkamp and Yates – 9:15 a.m. Hearing Status Updates

(EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Litigation Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/(c)(11) and Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)).

b. Chief Vahlkamp – 9:45 a.m.

i. Review final firefighter job announcement.

ii. Firefighter hiring status.

c. (EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).) Discuss candidate screening results. Review executive minutes.

d. Chief Yates – 10:15 a.m.

i. Discuss candidate physical fitness demo and written testing planning.

ii. Discuss police officer hiring requirement.

iii. Discuss probation extension requests.
