1. Call to Order and Roll Call 

2. Public Comments - limit to 3 minutes 

3. Welcome Commission Secretary - Discuss duties and communications. 

4. Approve Minutes of Last Meeting 

5. Correspondence/Invoices/Budget Review 

6. Pending Business 

a. Mr. Penn-9:15 a.m. Hearing Status Update (EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Litigation Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/(c)(11) and Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).) Review executive minutes. 

b. Chief Vahlkamp - 9:15 a.m. 

i. Review firefighter candidate timeline and job announcement. 

ii. Update on candidate background investigation. 

c. Chief Yates - 9:30 a.m. 

i. Discuss job announcement release and candidate information tracking. 

ii. Discuss police officer hiring requirement. 

d. Mr. Penn - Hearing Status Update (EXECUTIVE SESSION: Regarding Litigation Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/(c)(11) and Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(e)(1).)

a. Review annual and monthly suspense's (Cheyne)

a. Approve May executive meeting minutes (Board)
