Adams County Board Transportation, Building & Technology Committee met June 20.

1. Meeting called to Order: Meeting called to order at 1730 hours. Present: Mr. Dave Bellis, Mr. Joe Zanger, Mr. Les Post, Mr. David McCleary, Other: Mr. Kent Snider, Mr. Gary Farha, Mr. Todd Eyler, Mrs. Lori Geschwander, Mr. Kevin Broemmer, Mr. Ryan Schnack, Mrs. R. Schnack, Hon. Holly Henze, Media, Mr. Kent Dean, Mr. Chris Pratt, Mrs. Rajah Maples, Additional Public attended but identify unknown.
2. Public Comment: Public comments were allowed, discussion SAFESTART representatives not available, discussed whether building is safe to occupy, Discussion about Klingler and Associates potential conflict of interest, inconsistencies are in the report, air sample results inconclusive, potentially disabled links in report may be causing confusion, building remediation plan and fixes for that plan discussed, employees potentially sick from being in courthouse. Discussed public health sector and potential danger to public health.
3. New Business:
a. Review and Approve the Agreement for services with Klinger and Associates P.C. Motion to accept Klinger contract made by Mr. Joe Zanger and seconded by Mr. Les Post. Up to $4K approved for initiative.
b. Safestart Mold Report Testing Question and Answer with Mr. Larry Schwartz (Zoom) scheduled for 6 PM CST 28 June 2023 in Room 2A or 2B.
