Adams County Board Executive Committee met June 5.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

1) Roll Call: Committee Chair Mr. Kent Snider called the meeting to order.

a. Present: Mr. Brett Austin, Mr. Travis Cooley (D4), Mr. Brad Poulter (D6), Mr. Tim Finlay, Mr. Dave Bellis, Mr. Brent Fischer, Mr. Kent Snider, Mr. Robert Reich

b. Others: Mr. Anthony Foster (PROB), SA Gary Farha, Mr. Todd Eyler (2SA), Mr. Cisco Fuller (HRO/Minutes)

2) Previous Meeting Minutes: Motion to Approve March-April-May 2023 Minutes made by Mr. Brett Austin and seconded by Mr. Robert Reich. Minutes unanimously approved.

3) Speaker: None Reports: None Resolutions: None

4) New Business:

a. Courthouse Electronic Device Policy: Motion to approve made by Mr. Dave Bellis and seconded by Mr. Robert Reich. Motion unanimously approved.

b. County Board Office Realignment Initiative: Motion to approve made by Mr. Brett Austin and seconded by Mr. Dave Bellis. Motion unanimously approved.

c. County Board Office Open-Door Policy Employee Policy: Motion to approve made by Mr. Robert Reich and seconded by Mr. Brett Austin. Motion unanimously approved.

d. Juvenile Detention Center HVAC Project Funding, update provided by Mr. Anthony Foster, budgetary shortfall will be mitigated through the reallocation of otherwise earmarked lower priority Probation/JDC and County initiatives.

5) Executive Session:

a. Motion to move to Executive Session made by Mr. Brett Austin and seconded by Mr. Dave Bellis. Executive Session Executed.

b. Motion to move from Executive Session to Regular Session made by Mr. Brett Austin and seconded by Mr. Robert Reich.

6) ACSD Grievance: Motion to Deny ACSD Grievance made by Mr. Brett Austin and seconded by Mr. Dave Bellis, Grievance Denied by Committee.

7) Adjournment: Motion to adjourn meeting made by Dave Bellis and seconded by Robert Reich. Adjournment unanimously approved.
