o A request from William Spear for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the demolition of a dwelling at 424 South 16th Street without demolishing the existing garage and to allow for the removal and replacement of the existing garage without constructing a new dwelling (Ward 4)
o A request from JTP of Quincy, Inc. for a Special Permit for Planned Development to allow for the commercial sale of portable buildings at 900-920 Maine Street (Ward 7)
