i. EXECUTIVE SESSION: BFPC - Regarding Personnel Matters, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act of 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1).

ii. Candidate background investigation requirements

b. Chief Yates – 9:45 a.m.

i. Update on Police academy attendees/lateral candidate status

ii. Candidate background investigation status

iii. Discuss Sept 2023 academies, number of candidates and candidate timing required

iv. New police officer testing, posting job announcement/application and timeline

v. Reemployment ordinance change
