City of Quincy Traffic Commission met June 7.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1. Approval of Minutes

2. Public Comment (3-minute limit)

3. Old Business

a. Review of truck routes and truck traffic along Kochs Lane.

b. Alderman Fletcher’s referral to study the intersection of 16th & Maple.

4. New Business

a. Alderman Rein’s referral for “Stop” signs at the intersection of 43rd and Tennyson.

b. Alderman Rein’s referral to study parking at the intersection of 30th and Harrison.

c. Alderman Holtschlag’s referral to signage at 1320 Jersey Street for a special needs child.

d. Alderman Holtschlag’s referral to close the east-west alley between 7th & 8th Streets, Adams to Monroe Streets from 7:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. on days that Blessed Sacrament School is in session.

e. Engineering Department’s request to study signage at the intersection of 11th and Hampshire.
