Track and Field Competes at Titan Open
The men's and women's track teams competed at the Titan Open hosted by Illinois Wesleyan University on Saturday, February 11th. The men placed 5th out of 15 teams, while the women placed 6th out of 16 teams.

The men were led in field events by Paden Lewis who claimed top spot in the Shot Put and Weight Throw. He threw the Shot Put 17.26 meters, while the Weight Throw went 17.59 meters. Jaret Boehm also claimed top spots in both competitions as he placed 3rd in the Shot Put and 4th in the Weight Throw.
On the track, Nikoby Johnson ran a lifetime best in the 60 meter dash at 6.98 seconds to place 4th in the event. Chadwick Stewart placed 7th in the 200 meter race with a time of 23.26 seconds.
Faith Haggard saw success both on the track and in the field events. On the track, she placed 2nd in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 9.36 seconds, which is a new lifetime best. In the High Jump, she cleared 1.45 meters to take home the bronze.
