Resolutions
1. Resolution Number 2022-12-401-003 – Resolution Adopting the Collection of County Matching Funds for the State’s Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor’s Program.
a. This is annual and costs $27,000. Marvin Kerkhoff made a motion to recommend to the full County Board. Theresa Bockhold seconded the motion. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Theresa Bockhold to go into Executive Session to review old Executive Session Minutes. Marvin Kerkhoff seconded the motion. Motion carried. Executive Session started at 06:18 PM.
A motion to come out of the Executive Session was made by Todd Duesterhaus. Jon McCoy seconded the motion. Regular session Resumed at 06:22 PM. Marvin Kerkhoff makes a motion to release Executive Session minutes to the public.
Todd Duesterhaus seconded the motion. Motion carried.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Marvin Kerkhoff. Theresa Bockhold seconded the motion. Motion passed.
