b. 2023-01-501-002 – Resolution to use Surface Transportation Funds to pay one half of the County Engineer’s salary from December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023 and appropriating $69,992.00 from the County Motor Fuel Tax Fund for one half of the County Engineer’s salary from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
