April: Home prices in Camp Point increased

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Camp Point rose by $134,000 while total sales increased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,500 - a 623.3 percent increase over the $21,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Camp Point in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Camp Point for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $1,656, approximately 1.1 percent of the median home sale price for April.
