Payson Community Unit School District #1 Board of Education met April 7.

CALL TO ORDER Lisa Schwartz, president, called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
ROLL CALL Donna Veile took roll with the following members present: Denise Albsmeyer, Chanse Barker, Danelle Donley, Trista Neisen, Lisa Schwartz and Vinson Sill. Clint Twaddle was absent.
Also present were Donna Veile, Dawn VanCamp and Julie Phelan.
AGENDA Neisen made a motion to approve the consent agenda. Donley seconded the motion.
AYE: Albsmeyer, Barker, Donley, Neisen, Sill and Schwartz
NAY: None
MOVE TO CLOSED SESSION Albsmeyer made a motion to move into closed session for the purpose of conducting principal interviews and other items appropriate for closed session. Barker seconded the motion.
AYE: Barker, Donley, Neisen, Twaddle, Sill and Schwartz
NAY: None
Entered into closed session at 6:06 p.m.
RETURN TO OPEN SESSION Neisen made a motion to return to open session. Barker seconded the motion.
AYE: Donley, Neisen, Sill, Albsmeyer, Barker and Schwartz
NAY: None
Returned to open session at 9:06 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT Donley made a motion to adjourn. Sill seconded the motion.
