February 2022: Home prices in Quincy increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Quincy rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $129,500 - a 17.7% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Quincy in February 2021.
