On March 8, Brice Sidwell sold their home at 302 E. State St., Payson to Dalton J Haven and Suzanne M Vanderslik for $133,000.

This home last sold on Oct. 26, 2012 for $106,500.

This property is the only sale in Payson so far in March 2022 as of this publication.
