On Dec. 14, Sophie Brown and Brittany Hufford purchased a home at 1411 Madison St., Quincy from Michael S. McGahan for $90,000.

This home last sold on Dec. 22, 2014 for $65,000.

So far in December 2021, 25 properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Michael S. McGahan has been registered to vote since 2012.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1411 Madison St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Judith a Monahan, 58, and Michael S. McGahan, 67.
