November 2021: Home prices in Quincy increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Quincy rose by $7,500 while total sales increased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,000 - a 6.7% increase over the $112,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Quincy in November 2020.
