Median home prices in Payson fell to $55,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Payson fell by $60,500 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 52.4% decrease over the $115,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Payson in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Payson for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $1,792, approximately 3.3% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
