The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,953.34, 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 2, 2020 for $72,000.

So far in October 2021, six properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Brittany N. Reid, 29, was the only registered voter residing at 1612 Melrose Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
