On Oct. 5, A & B Properties 1 LLC purchased a home at 426 S. 12th St., Quincy from Basic Global Properties LLC for $158,500.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,785.32, which is 2.39% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was June 22, 2009. It last sold for $145,000.

So far in October 2021, six properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 426 S. 12th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jayme L Gibson, 38, Thomas T. McDonald Tasco, 30, Shannon M Rhinehart, 41, Gregory V. Cantrell, 60, and Toni L Fletcher, 58.
