On Oct. 8, Mary A. Wells sold their home at 2032 State St., Quincy to Chad A. Davenport for $109,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,118.36, 1.03% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of six sales so far in Quincy in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mary A. Wells has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including nine Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2032 State St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Frank J. Wells, 86, and Mary A. Wells, 83.
