On July 16, Robert E. and Tammy Humes and Eric Lummer purchased a home at 650 Washington St., Quincy from Dennis C. and David N. Grimm for $35,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $841.88, 2.41% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eric S. Lummer has been registered to vote since 1999. Tammy Sueann Lummer has been registered to vote since 2009.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 650 Washington St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eric S. Lummer, 41, Leanne Lynn Tournear, 49, and Tammy Sueann Lummer, 38.
