On July 21, Wesley and Breanne Simmons purchased a property at 918 S. 18th St., Quincy from Joshua W. and Jenna C. Bichsel for $146,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,520.10, which is 1.73% of the sale price of the home.

This property last sold for $117,900 on Jan. 3, 2013.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Joshua W. Bichsel has been registered to vote since 2006. Jenna Christine Bichsel has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were nine registered voters residing at 918 S. 18th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brianna Ruble, 28, Joshua W. Bichsel, 33, Summer Rose Harris, 43, Hilda F Browner, 95, Carmen M Lupo, 51, Gary R Holback, 45, Chandra D Holback, 44, Alesha M Lupo, 32, and Jenna Christine Bichsel, 31.
