On July 29, Kevin A. Kingsland purchased a home at 708 S. 15th St., Quincy from Robert L. Pribble (trust), Mary Ann Pribble (trust), Robert L. Pribble (trustee) and Mary Ann Pribble (trustee) for $93,700.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,300.84, 2.46% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 708 S. 15th St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Andrea M Steht, 39, Jason L. Doane, 40, and David R Steht, 41.
