On May 17, Frederic Schulders (trustee), Frederic Schulders 2012 (trust) and Christine Schulders (trustee) purchased a home at 2501 Vermont St., Quincy from Jovita S Soliman for $124,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,148.46, 1.73% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $6,000 on Oct. 27, 2016.

So far in May 2021, 11 properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Jovita S. Soliman has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 2501 Vermont St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jovita S. Soliman, Matthew Wilborn Juilfs, 29, and Stacey Samantha Sahagu Soliman.
