On June 30, Ginger Dedert purchased a home at 1420 Destiny Court, Quincy from Pamela Jean Holcombe (executor), Lori Jo Houseweart (executor) and Marvin W. Pruitt (estate) for $210,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,441.94, 1.64% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 30, 2016. It last sold for $181,000.

This property is one of four sales so far in Quincy in June 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nathan D. Shull, 44, was the only registered voter residing at 1420 Destiny Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
