On July 19, Cameron C. and Hannah R. Rees purchased a home at 308 Sumac St., Payson from Nicholas M. and Alexandrea A. Burry for $128,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $2,587.74, which is 2.02% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on June 25, 2019 for $125,900.

So far in July 2021, this is the only property that sold in Payson as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Alexandrea Burry has been registered to vote since 2017. Nicholas M. Burry has been registered to vote since 2012.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
