4. Public Hearing requested by Joe Steinkamp for approval of a subdivision of property at Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 2 South, Range 8 West to be known as Bailey Meadows (at/near 1732 Maas Road) under the “small tracts” provision of the Subdivision Ordinance. Zoned: RU1 Ward: 5
5. Public Hearing requested by Kasey Schuster for a Special Permit for Planned Development to split the lot at 1337 Ohio Street and construct a single family residential unit on each lot. Zoned: R2 Ward: 7
6. Information and Possible Discussion of Quincy Regional Transportation Plan.
