Camp Point home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Camp Point fell by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,250 - a 4.7% decrease over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Camp Point in the second quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Camp Point for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,619, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
