Clayton home prices rise in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Clayton rose by $1,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $28,500 - a 6.5% increase over the $26,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Clayton in the second quarter of 2019, as well.
