Quincy home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Quincy fell by $34,300 while total sales decreased by 94.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,450 - a 29.1% decrease over the $117,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Quincy in May 2019.
