Quincy home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Quincy rose by $16,200 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 50 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,200 - a 17.8% increase over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Quincy in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,762, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
