Quincy home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Quincy rose by $2,400 while total sales decreased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,400 - a 2.7% increase over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Quincy in January 2019.
