Camp Point home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Camp Point fell by $8,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,250 - a 14.6% decrease over the $60,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Camp Point in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Camp Point for 2018 was $1,574. In 2017, the median sales tax was $1,535. This marks an increase of 2.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.1%.
