Quincy home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Quincy rose by $11,050 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $98,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Quincy in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,762, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
