Camp Point home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Camp Point rose by $37,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $65,000 - a 132.1% increase over the $28,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Camp Point in September 2018, as well.
