Payson home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Payson rose by $105,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,500 - a 146.5% increase over the $72,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Payson in October 2018.
