Golden home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Golden fell by $10,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,000 - a 15.6% decrease over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Golden in October 2018.

The median sales tax in Golden for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,021, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for October 2019.
