Camp Point home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Camp Point fell by $112,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,500 - a 97.8% decrease over the $114,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Camp Point in October 2018, as well.
