Quincy home prices rise in the first quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2019 in Quincy rose by $6,250 while total sales increased by 2.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2019, there were 138 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,250 - a 6.6% increase over the $95,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 135 homes sold in Quincy in the first quarter of 2018.
