Camp Point home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Camp Point rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 35.1% increase over the $92,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Camp Point in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Camp Point for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,574, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
