Loraine home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Loraine fell by $16,897 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $18,000 - a 48.4% decrease over the $34,897 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Loraine in 2018.
