Ward 7 By the Quincy Fire Department requesting the following lane closures on December 14th from 5:00 - 8:30 p.m. for the Fire Department’s Annual Christmas Open House and Fire Truck Rides: Vermont St. – South lane from 9th to 10th St, 10th St. – West lane from Vermont to Hampshire St., Hampshire St. – North lane from 10th to 9th St., and 9th St. – East lane from Hampshire to Vermont St.
Ward 7 A revocable permit for encroachment of city right-of-way by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers requesting permission to picket and place warming tents and burn barrels on City right-of-way adjacent to 436 S. 6th beginning November 26th. Utilities and Engineering Director presents this request subject to six conditions.
Ward 7 A revocable permit for encroachment of city right-of-way by Right to Life of Adams County requesting permission to hang a banner across 5th & Maine Street in conjunction with National Right to Life Week from January 14th through January 21st, 2020. Utilities and Engineering Director presents this request subject to the City is not responsible for damage to the banner.

Central Services Director and the Central Services Committee recommending approval of the purchase of the used 2012 International recycle truck from Elliott Equipment Company in the amount of $79,000.
Central Services Director and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the purchase of the used 2005 international tandem dump truck from Walker Township in Hancock County in the amount of $29,000.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Central Services Committee recommending approval to enter into a contract with Klingner and Associates for the design and construction inspection services for the Capital Infrastructure Improvement Plan for a cost not to exceed $1,000,000.
Utilities and Engineering Director and Central Services Committee recommending approval of the low bid of Million Construction Co. in the amount of $944,495.45 for the Highland Lane, 12th to 18th Street Improvement Project.
Truth in Taxation Resolution.
Airport Director recommending approval of the additional $78,000 for rehabilitate Runway 4/22 with 90 % paid by Federal, 5% by State and 5% by City.
